Spheroidal graphite cast iron products

The graphite that crystallizes is spherical, which allows it to slide well and further enhances its wear resistance.

We would like to introduce our "Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron Products." While the graphite contained in gray cast iron is flake-shaped, here the graphite itself is spheroidized. This material is considered for applications that require even greater wear resistance than gray cast iron, or where better mechanical properties are needed. We would like to introduce our "CV Graphite Cast Iron Products." The graphite shape is an intermediate caterpillar form between FC cast iron and FCD cast iron, possessing excellent characteristics from both. It has higher mechanical properties than gray cast iron and higher thermal conductivity than spheroidal graphite. This is an introduction to our new material for large thick mold applications, "Hi-Duc/Hi-Duc2." "Hi-Duc" and "Hi-Duc2" are both developed as materials for large thick molds and are made of spheroidal graphite cast iron. In particular, "Hi-Duc2" is a high-strength new material that has strength comparable to cast steel, achieved through improvements in the graphite particle size of "Hi-Duc" and the addition of special elements. 【Features】 ■ Thickness Sensitivity: It has a uniform structure and hardness from the surface layer to the deep layer, preventing bending during hole processing. ■ Fine Graphite: Years of technological development have enabled the refinement of graphite and the strengthening of the base structure, resulting in no internal defects. ■ Weldability: It has good weldability for both arc and TIG welding (TIG rods for Hi-Duc are available). ■ Tensile strength and elongation are comparable to cast steel. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
